Foreclosures, the common place word these days. (Please bear with me, this is my first blog
) I am a broker servicing the southern New Hampshire and Northern MA tier, when I opened my company four years ago we were a total "retail, resale" company, now I have found that I am servicing a portfolio of anywhere between 50 and 70 listings at any given time and they are all foreclosures. These are properties and entities of a different breed. I was wondering if anyone would like to share experiences that they have had dealing with foreclosures on any side of the fence. Thanks! Cheryl
